I won! I am so proud!Dear Hailey,
We are so proud of you, we never thought that you would win in the competition. We always told you that you are going for a performance/recital, and you were so disappointed there was no “stage.” It was only a room with a grand piano. When they announced that you have won the 3rd prize, I thought Daddy has tears in his eyes. We just wanted to give you chance to do things that we did not have when we were young.

You told us today that you would like to be a piano teacher one day. When I asked you what would you do if your student did not behaved like Hailey was. You said that you would never go to their place again. That was so funny! I hope that from this competition, you will learn that hard work do paid off and winning was not the most important things in life.

Before I had you, I could never imagine that I would be the sort of parents that would take kids to competition. So, I promise you that, one day, if you say that you do not want to do it, we will never push you. We will never force you to do the things that you do not like.

Hailey well done, we are so proud of you.

Love,
Mommy and Daddy

Hey, Lisa, I haven’t seen you since I left at F.5 to the US. You may not remember who I am, but you surely haven’t change much at all.

To recap your memory of our old school days. I posted some of our F.4 and F.5 class photos on facebook:
